These Scalloped Cup Cozies are based off of the Body of Water Blanket pattern. They are perfect for protecting your palm from that scalding hot beverage you ordered at your favorite coffee or tea shop. These work up in as little as 15 minutes, and are a great use for scraps from your stash.
 
The scalloped shell stitches lend themselves well to solid-color yarns, or yarns with long color changes. We do not recommend using yarn with short color changes, as the mottling that results will obscure the scallop pattern.
 
Materials:
 
Worsted or Bulky Weight Yarn (20-25g/0.7-0.9oz; 34-40yds/32-36m)
Size G Crochet Hook
 
Gauge: 16 sts & 8 rows = 4” in Pattern
