Are all of the products sold at Wylde & Plumb really hand-knit and hand-crocheted?

Yes, they are! While Wylde and Plumb makes use of a sewing machine on occasion, and a yarn-winding machine quite frequently, but never uses a knitting machine or a crocheting machine. That was a joke. There is no such thing as a crocheting machine. Unless you call your auntie a machine.
What if I'm not happy with my Wylde & Plumb product after I purchase it?

Wylde & Plumb does not offer refunds on digital downloads (such as knitting and crochet patterns), but offers a satisfaction guarantee on physical products. If the item you ordered is not to your satisfaction, please contact us within seven days of receipt to initiate a return.
Does Wylde & Plumb take commission requests?

Wylde & Plumb will consider taking on commissioned pieces. Please submit this short Commission Request if you'd like to have something made especially for you.
